Project Administrator
Overview: We are seeking a Project Administrator to add support to our client's compliance function. This role will primarily focus on client file reviews and assisting with regulatory obligations, particularly in relation to AML/CFT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
- Assist in maintaining compliance with AML/CFT legislation and regulatory standards
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or compliance concerns
- Support the compliance team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records in line with company procedures
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within the CSP industry
- Understanding of AML/CFT legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience undertaking file reviews or similar administrative/compliance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience in a compliance-focused role
- Background in administrative support within a regulated environment
- Exposure to client onboarding or due diligence processes
