Overview:  We are seeking a Project Administrator to add support to our client's compliance function.  This role will primarily focus on client file reviews and assisting with regulatory obligations, particularly in relation to AML/CFT requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with AML/CFT legislation and regulatory standards
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or compliance concerns
  • Support the compliance team with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records in line with company procedures
 
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience within the CSP industry
  • Understanding of AML/CFT legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience undertaking file reviews or similar administrative/compliance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
Desirable
  • Experience in a compliance-focused role
  • Background in administrative support within a regulated environment
  • Exposure to client onboarding or due diligence processes
