Our client seeks a Commercial and Residential Property Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Greeting clients and assisting with their enquiries
- Dealing with and action email enquiries
- Book viewings, market appraisals etc.
- Diary Management for negotiators / surveyors
- General office administration and typing
- Typing property details and producing floor plans.
- Upload property photographs onto system
- AML / KYC
- Property Brochures
- Display Window Management
- Raise invoices and chase for payment if necessary
- Management of property portfolio comprising mainly office properties
- Deal with invoicing and collection of rent/service charge etc
- Liaise with tenants and contractors with regard to regular maintenance and one off repairs
- Assisting our Commercial Director with property valuation administration
Key Skills and Experience:
- Client focused
- Ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy of work and attention to detail
- Microsoft office literate in particular Word, Outlook & Excel, and confident in learning new systems.
- Team player / ability to work well both within a team and independently
- Enthusiastic
- Works well under pressure
- Experience in dealing with the public
