Our client seeks a Commercial and Residential Property Administrator
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Greeting clients and assisting with their enquiries
  • Dealing with and action email enquiries
  • Book viewings, market appraisals etc.
  • Diary Management for negotiators / surveyors
  • General office administration and typing
  • Typing property details and producing floor plans.
  • Upload property photographs onto system
  • AML / KYC
  • Property Brochures
  • Display Window Management
  • Raise invoices and chase for payment if necessary
  • Management of property portfolio comprising mainly office properties
  • Deal with invoicing and collection of rent/service charge etc
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors with regard to regular maintenance and one off repairs
  • Assisting our Commercial Director with property valuation administration
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Client focused
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own work
  • Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Excellent organisational skills, accuracy of work and attention to detail
  • Microsoft office literate in particular Word, Outlook & Excel, and confident in learning new systems.
  • Team player / ability to work well both within a team and independently
  • Enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure
  • Experience in dealing with the public
