Senior Asset Services Administrator

Our client seeks a Senior Service Administrator to join their team.
 
Role Profile: Responsible for any aspect of Asset Services team, as directed by the Asset Services Manager and Team Leader.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing all equity and unit trust dividends received, on the relevant systems within agreed time frames
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies with unit positions or cash/reinvest received
  • Dealing with any client queries received
  • Monitor and interpret Corporate Action data received for onward dispatch
  • Maintain Corporate Action diary, collating responses and liaise with Fund Managers and Custodians
  • Dealing with any client queries received
  • Review all new assets in line with criteria and within agreed timeframes
  • Set up all new securities in line with procedures and within agreed timeframes.
  • Transfer assets from or into accounts at Capital International Limited
  • Liaise with external contacts in order to successfully transfer assets
  • Receive and review any requests by Fund Managers for updated anti-money laundering documentation on Capital International Limited or its clients
  • Liaise with Fund Managers, counterparties and clients in order to successfully fulfil AML requirements in order for investments to be enabled
  • Manage tight deadlines, and complete work to high degree of accuracy, over a large volume
  • ​Maintain a high standard of quality service to both internal and external clients.
  • ​​Professionally deal with asset related issues to achieve the best outcome for clients, staff and the Department. Whilst looking to contribute to continually improving

Key Requirements:
  • Experience Office Experience preferably in corporate actions or stock transfers.
  • Must have at least 2 years industry experience
  • Needs to be self-organised.
  • Good communication skills and numerical skills.
  • Good Excel skills are advantageous.

  • You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiasm
  • You will have a Client Centric Approach for Performance and Delivery
  • Be able to share knowledge to junior members of the team
