Senior Asset Services Administrator

Our client seeks a Senior Service Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile: Responsible for any aspect of Asset Services team, as directed by the Asset Services Manager and Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing all equity and unit trust dividends received, on the relevant systems within agreed time frames
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies with unit positions or cash/reinvest received
- Dealing with any client queries received
- Monitor and interpret Corporate Action data received for onward dispatch
- Maintain Corporate Action diary, collating responses and liaise with Fund Managers and Custodians
- Dealing with any client queries received
- Review all new assets in line with criteria and within agreed timeframes
- Set up all new securities in line with procedures and within agreed timeframes.
- Transfer assets from or into accounts at Capital International Limited
- Liaise with external contacts in order to successfully transfer assets
- Receive and review any requests by Fund Managers for updated anti-money laundering documentation on Capital International Limited or its clients
- Liaise with Fund Managers, counterparties and clients in order to successfully fulfil AML requirements in order for investments to be enabled
- Manage tight deadlines, and complete work to high degree of accuracy, over a large volume
- Maintain a high standard of quality service to both internal and external clients.
- Professionally deal with asset related issues to achieve the best outcome for clients, staff and the Department. Whilst looking to contribute to continually improving
Key Requirements:
- Experience Office Experience preferably in corporate actions or stock transfers.
- Must have at least 2 years industry experience
- Needs to be self-organised.
- Good communication skills and numerical skills.
- Good Excel skills are advantageous.

- You will have a Client Centric Approach for Performance and Delivery
- Be able to share knowledge to junior members of the team
