Our client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator/Senior Client Services Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the administration team, supporting the Client Services Team Leader and Client Services Director with the administration of a varied portfolio of client entities and trusts.
- Liaising via email and telephone with the directors, trustees, third parties and clients.
- Work with and support the Client Services Team Leader and directors in drafting board minutes and written resolutions to approve various administration matters.
- Work with and supports the Client Services Team Leader to organise and prioritise various administration matters, including but not limited to the onboarding of new clients and establishment of entities / trusts, ongoing administration matters for existing structures and the closure of structures.
- Utilising the Office 365, Viewpoint document manager and entity administration functions, and network drive to complete tasks and keep records up-to-date.
- Assist the entire administration team and directors with transactions such as the purchase and sale of various assets and general day-to-day payments (online and written instructions).
- Assist the Client Services Team Leader with the completion of investment application forms and bank account application forms.
- Support the Client Accounting team in providing relevant information.
- Support the Compliance Manager and directors to ensure regulatory requirements are met in terms of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism.
- Support the Client Services Team Leader and Compliance Manager to ensure that periodic Client Risk Assessments (CRA's) are completed on time and accurately.
- Support the Compliance Manager and administration team to ensure that the entities and trusts under administration comply with FATCA, CRS and Substance requirements.
- Assists the administration team and directors with officewide initiatives and Ad Hoc projects.
- Adhere to office policies and procedures, including the timely and accurate recording of time each day.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3 - 5+ years TCSP experience ideally.
- A good level of understanding in the day-to-day administration of companies and trusts, including drafting of minutes, agreements, letters etc. and correspondence with clients and 3rd parties.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
