Our client seeks a Senior Company Administrator to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the board's activities by helping to set agendas, drafting board minutes/resolutions, preparing and presenting papers and advising on board procedures.
  • Assisting with transactional monitoring reporting, admin reviews, risk reviews, and client review assessments to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and other relevant compliance in co-operation with the compliance department.
  • Assisting with third-party contract management by risk screening the parties in advance of any agreed commercial arrangements, collecting, and reviewing company documentation to identify any potential risks, maintaining internal records.
  • Assisting the board of client entities in the general management of the entities, collating statutory and due diligence client entity packs as and when requested.
  • Ensuring correct entry and administration of client entity data in the internal database, which will include reviewing/updating the client entity files.
  • Provide payment inputting cover to ensure the client entities can run operationally following the internal payment procedures which may include carrying out callbacks on new payees, inputting payment on multiple banking platforms.
  • Assisting with compliance with all statutory filing.

  • Proven experience Company administration experience.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver quality and timely results, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to take accountability and responsibility for own personal development.
  • Highly motivated in providing exceptional levels of service.
  • Self-confident and an able speaker with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, flexibility and logic.
  • Able to work confidently alone as well as being able to work as part of a team.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable
  • A working knowledge of the e-gaming industry.
  • Experience of Viewpoint administration system.
  • STEP qualified or working towards a relevant qualification would be desirable.
