Our client is seeking a motivated customer-focused individual to join their Contact Centre team as a Call Centre Representative.
 
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and e-mails, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Good ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels.
