Our client seeks a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and an excellent understanding of customer due diligence, withdrawal & surrender processing and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Vetting and executing customer requests for payments out whilst ensuring all KYC / AML requirements and Fraud prevention measures are satisfied.
- Raising payments accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels.
- Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information.
Key Skills & Experience
- 4 years' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within withdrawal / surrender processing
- A strong understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's (FSA's) Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
