Our client seeks a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their team.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and an excellent understanding of customer due diligence, withdrawal & surrender processing and regulatory requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Vetting and executing customer requests for payments out whilst ensuring all KYC / AML requirements and Fraud prevention measures are satisfied.
  • Raising payments accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels.
  • Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • 4 years' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within withdrawal / surrender processing
  • A strong understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's (FSA's) Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
