Our client seeks a Senior Management Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile: Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Management Administrator to support their leadership team across the UK and Isle of Man operations.
This is a dynamic role that combines executive assistance, operations coordination, and administrative leadership in a fast-growing international business.
You'll be supporting the CEO and senior management team, ensuring smooth operations across multiple offices, and liaising with international partners. The successful candidate will be confident, highly organised, and able to work independently to manage priorities, projects, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Management Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to two company directors and senior managers
- Arrange and manage international travel and meeting schedules for the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and board documents as required
- Serve as a liaison between the UK head office, Isle of Man team, and overseas partners
- Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily office operations across both UK and Isle of Man locations
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system (client onboarding, service delivery, etc.)
- Support compliance documentation and company procedures
- Assist with internal audits and document control
- Data management for sales prospects
- Liaise with international clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional client service and manage inbound client communications
- Assist business development teams with administrative support and follow-ups
- Provide light-touch marketing admin (e.g. updating templates, email follow-ups)
- Support event planning, including investor presentations and client webinars
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or management assistant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM platforms, Teams, Zoom and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Own transport
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services, immigration, investment, or business consultancy
- International or multi-office business experience
- Familiarity with UK and Isle of Man regulatory/business environments
- Basic marketing or digital tools experience
