Our client seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team
 
Role Profile:  Responsible for leading the marketing, communications, brand, events, and client engagement activities across the Group. Working closely with Directors and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen industry relationships, and enhance brand awareness across all sectors of the Group.   In addition to managing day-to-day marketing activity, you will identify opportunities to support business development initiatives, improve client engagement, and maximise return on marketing investment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Strategy
  • Develop and implement the Group's marketing and communications strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead the development, positioning, and consistency of the Group brands across all channels and communications.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and support business growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform marketing initiatives and strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing & Communications
  • Oversee the Group's digital presence, including websites, social media, content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers, and contractors to support marketing and communications activities.
  • Measure marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, effectiveness, and return on investment.
Event Management & Industry Engagement
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of yacht shows, exhibitions, sponsorships, networking events, and client functions.
  • Represent the Group at industry events and develop relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all event and marketing activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
 
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Highly motivated with a strong ability to adapt to varying tasks and scenarios.
  • 5 years+ experience in marketing, events, client relations, account management, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in programmes such as Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress, etc., with strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in graphic design, social media management, website administration, or CRM systems would be advantageous.
