Our client seeks an administrator to join their Fiduciary Management and Administration team
 
Role Profile: Provide administration assistance within the Fiduciary Management and Administration Team
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Day to day administration duties, including undertaking payments
  • Ensuring service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Using best judgement to highlight and report significant matters to Senior Administrators and/or Management
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of service at all times with the emphasis on 'adding value'
  • Supporting and developing relationships with the wider team
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Attained or working towards a recognised professional qualification e.g. ICSA, STEP is preferable
  • Minimum of two years' working in a TCSP environment is essential
  • Possess excellent communication skills and 'people awareness' combined with the ability to establish productive working relationship with teams
  • A good understanding of trust and corporate services and their practical implications
  • A good awareness of IOM and UK tax implications, knowledge of Isle of Man Companies Acts, related Corporate Governance, Anti-Money Laundering and other current compliance legislation
  • A good understanding of banking procedures and practices
  • A working knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Viewpoint, Laserfiche)
  • Disciplined and organised approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop in the role and work as part of a team
