Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory Review Specialist to join their team for a short contract.
Your main responsibility will be to review, update, and rewrite operational procedures relating to Class 4 - Corporate Services and Class 5 - Trust Services, ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory frameworks, the business' internal governance standards and operational management systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the business including both back-office services and client services to deliver practical, risk-based procedures.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an Isle of Man based trust and corporate services business.
- Strong knowledge of Isle of Man regulatory environment, particularly of those regulations pertaining to Class 4 and Class 5 services and the AML/CFT Handbook.
- An understanding of business risk management and control.
- Excellent written English and documentation skills.
- Discretion, and high levels of professionalism.
- A commitment to high standards of quality.
- STEP, ICSA/CGI or ICA qualification would be desirable.
