Our client seeks an Administration Officer to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Process applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with regulations and procedures.
  • Manage case files proactively, including follow-up activities to gather additional information and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Calculate values and communicate outcomes to the necessary individuals and institutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of management information systems and statistical reporting.  
  • Participate in continuous review of working practices to improve efficiency and service effectiveness.
  • Provide backup support across corporate services during peak operational periods.
 
Key Skills and Experience:  
  • 5 GCSEs, including English Language, at Grade C (4) or above.
  • Strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication abilities, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Proven customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Resilience to work effectively under normal and extended work pressures.
