Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing various admin tasks such as data input and recording of data entries
  • Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Dealing with visitors May involve reception cover during busy periods.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Being aware and complying with policy and procedures.
