Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team on 6 Month contract.  
   
Role Profile:  You will assist the Insurance Dept in processing renewals and covering additional premium calls and to provide an efficient administrative service to all team members when needed. Including but not limited to the below duties helping to give excellent customer service to members.    
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with over 300 shipping companies
  • Renew  fleets
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to Bank and Solicitor questions
  • Opening, confirming and closing Additional Premium calls
 
Key skills and experience:
  • At least 1 years office experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Able to work in a small team
  • IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
