Our client seeks an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day operations.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with a wide range of people.
  • Confident in learning and using new systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to different software and processes.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Clinical or healthcare administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
