Our client seeks a Temporary Administrator to assist their team on a 3 month contract.
Role Profile: This role plays a key part in delivering administrative and technical functions within the Team. You will be expected to provide a high quality of customer service to all clients, internal and external and will be responsible for the processing of invoices; maintaining the Registers; and provide supervision to the Support Services Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an administrative role within a finance related, customer-based environment
- Have experience of dealing with and answering customer enquiries.
- You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative, and work with discretion
