Our client is seeking an Administrator to assist their team on a 5 month contract to March 2026.
Role Profile: The Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining business continuity by providing first-line IT support and handling reception duties for approximately 85 staff members.  The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and undertaking a variety of general administrative tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
  • 1st line office support for all IT related issues
  • Responsible for support tickets raised with internal staff and external suppliers
  • IT hardware installation
  • IT related Asset Register upkeep and maintenance
Customer Service
  • Provide excellent service at the public counter, telephone, and email
General Administration
  • Support the operation of the public counter, including greeting clients and visitors, answering enquiries, and managing visitor badges
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Respond to enquiries by telephone and email
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing.
  • Assisting the other team members with administrative tasks, as required.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in IT support
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Must hold a valid and satisfactory DBS certificate.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of general administrative tasks
  • Must be available for the full duration
