Our client is seeking an Administrator to assist their team on a 5 month contract to March 2026.
Role Profile: The Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining business continuity by providing first-line IT support and handling reception duties for approximately 85 staff members. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and undertaking a variety of general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- 1st line office support for all IT related issues
- Responsible for support tickets raised with internal staff and external suppliers
- IT hardware installation
- IT related Asset Register upkeep and maintenance
Customer Service
- Provide excellent service at the public counter, telephone, and email
General Administration
- Support the operation of the public counter, including greeting clients and visitors, answering enquiries, and managing visitor badges
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Respond to enquiries by telephone and email
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Assisting the other team members with administrative tasks, as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in IT support
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Must hold a valid and satisfactory DBS certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of general administrative tasks
- Must be available for the full duration
