Immediate Requirement
Our client seeks a temporary Administrator for an initial period of five weeks, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls, including taking card payments and responding to routine enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner, particularly where vulnerable adults may be involved.
- Managing correspondence relating to applications, including issuing letters and review forms, following up outstanding information by telephone, email and post, and arranging recorded delivery where required.
- Assisting with annual reviews of applications, including checking documentation, contacting applicants for missing information and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the administration of fixed-term reviews, including issuing review letters and forms, monitoring responses, chasing outstanding documentation and preparing cases for assessment.
- Conducting initial checks of information and supporting evidence to assist with eligibility assessments for applications and fixed-term reviews.
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data within the management system and SharePoint site.
- Using Microsoft Office applications proficiently, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Processing documentation, including issuing offer letters and scanning and filing signed agreements and associated records.
- Archiving, scanning and organising both paper and electronic files
- Notifying utility providers of new agreement commencements
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working with confidential information, maintaining accurate records and dealing with members of the public would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and all its functions
