Our client seeks a BCU Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) to join their team and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) investigations on all high-risk Personal and Private Banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all applicable AML policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that there is 100% adherence to process and work instructions for the processing of all high-risk alerts by validating KYC information for the Primary Client and Related Parties.
- Conduct transactional analysis for primary clients, related parties, world check verification and conduct adverse media checks on the primary client and the related parties.
- Load Suspicious Activity Reports and/or Suspicious Transaction Reports if required, check source of funds and intended activity on bank accounts.
- Capture sign off requests for non-adverse clients on MS Workflow.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Educated to A-Levels or equivalent.
- 3 - 4 years' experience in Personal and Private Banking
- Experience of branch systems and procedures including AML Compliance, Reputational Risk management. Exposure to Business Banking products, processes and systems.
- Ability to analyse and interpret information.
