Business Analyst
Our client seeks a Business Analyst to join their Change Department.
Role Profile: Playing an important part in delivering business improvements and efficiencies for the company.
Key Responsibilities;
- Business case definition
- Business requirements and user story elicitation and documentation
- Documentation of as-is and to-be process flows
- Data analysis
- Gap analyses
- Business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades
- Collaboration with project managers, IT teams, 3rd parties
- Mentoring junior members of the team
Key Skills and Experience:
- Hold or studying towards a related professional qualification eg BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, DevOps, Visio, API integrations
- Significant experience as a business analyst within the life assurance industry - minimum 3 years' experience..
- Proven experience of delivering business improvements and efficiencies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills - problem solving, value identification, critical thinking and decision support.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels within the company.
- Good facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
