Our client seeks a Business Analyst to join their Change Department.
 
Role Profile:  Playing an important part in delivering business improvements and efficiencies for the company.
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Business case definition
  • Business requirements and user story elicitation and documentation
  • Documentation of as-is and to-be process flows
  • Data analysis
  • Gap analyses
  • Business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades
  • Collaboration with project managers, IT teams, 3rd parties
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Hold or studying towards a related professional qualification eg BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, DevOps, Visio, API integrations
  • Significant experience as a business analyst within the life assurance industry - minimum 3 years' experience..
  • Proven experience of delivering business improvements and efficiencies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills - problem solving, value identification, critical thinking and decision support.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels within the company.
  • Good facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
