Our client seeks a Commercial & Residential Property Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract.
 
This varied role offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of property administration in a supportive and professional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and greeting clients professionally.
  • Dealing with and actioning email enquiries promptly.
  • Booking viewings and market appraisals.
  • Managing diaries for negotiators and surveyors.
  • Undertaking general office administration and typing duties.
  • Preparing property details and producing floor plans.
  • Uploading property photographs onto systems.
  • Conducting AML/KYC procedures in accordance with regulations.
  • Creating professional property brochures.
  • Managing display window presentations.
  • Managing property portfolio comprising mainly office properties.
  • Handling invoicing and collection of rent/service charges.
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs.
  • Assisting the Commercial Director with property valuation administration.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong client service focus with professional approach.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in dealing with the public.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Confident learning new systems and processes.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
