Our client seeks a Commercial & Residential Property Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract.
This varied role offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of property administration in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and greeting clients professionally.
- Dealing with and actioning email enquiries promptly.
- Booking viewings and market appraisals.
- Managing diaries for negotiators and surveyors.
- Undertaking general office administration and typing duties.
- Preparing property details and producing floor plans.
- Uploading property photographs onto systems.
- Conducting AML/KYC procedures in accordance with regulations.
- Creating professional property brochures.
- Managing display window presentations.
- Managing property portfolio comprising mainly office properties.
- Handling invoicing and collection of rent/service charges.
- Liaising with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting the Commercial Director with property valuation administration.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong client service focus with professional approach.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Previous experience in dealing with the public.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Confident learning new systems and processes.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
