Our client seeks a Customer Operations Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract.
You will provide efficient administrative and customer support, ensuring high standards of service while maintaining accurate records and data integrity. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, supporting internal teams, managing documentation, and completing data quality remediation activities in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience using computer systems and accurately entering and maintaining data.
- Experience using CRM or business management systems would be desirable.
