Our client is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of management accounting processes, lead product profitability analysis, and drive financial performance across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a dedicated finance team member and coordinating month-end processes.
- Preparing comprehensive management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary.
- Leading product profit and loss accountability with focus on margin improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and board reporting.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes while driving process improvements.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar financial management role.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or actively working towards professional qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to manipulate complex financial data.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing team members.
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Sage X3 and familiarity with IT/Managed Services environment would be advantageous.
