Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team.
Role Profile: Based in the Douglas office, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers
- Manage a team
- Take care of collection
- Maintain relationships with banks
- Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial controller or a similar role
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or iGaming industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure
