This Graduate Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to work with real clients from day one while building practical skills in captive insurance management. You'll rotate across three core business areas - Finance, Underwriting, and Governance - gaining comprehensive exposure to management accounting, insurance operations, and regulatory compliance work.
