Our client is seeking a Junior Statutory & Compliance Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of regulatory registers
- Maintenance of client statutory records
- Preparation of documents for filing with Companies Registry
- Incorporation and dissolution of companies
- Assisting with assessing due diligence requirements for new clients
- Transaction screening
- Sanctions screening
- PEP screening
- Assisting with on-going monitoring of client entities
- Preparing and reviewing customer risk assessments
- Assisting with compliance monitoring reviews
- Assisting with data collection for regulatory reporting
Key Skills & Experience
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
- Ideally at least 1 years' experience in a compliance and statutory role
- Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Be able to work under pressure
- Working as part of a team
- Have good organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks in order of importance
- Good working knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- There will be scope to study towards a relevant compliance qualification
