Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a reputable firm, providing essential administrative and legal support in a fast-paced setting. From managing diaries and drafting legal documents to overseeing reception duties and time recording, your contribution will be instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing and document preparation
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients
- Managing time recording and billing, including Legal Aid cases (training provided)
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Diary management and scheduling
- Raising invoices and financial administration
- Drafting legal documents under supervision
- Overseeing case archiving and court post box collections
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in diary management and correspondence handling
- Basic legal knowledge or a willingness to learn
- A proactive and adaptable mindset
