The Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead business marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness across the corporate segment. This is a varied and exciting role that will see you develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital strategies, coordinate events, and build strategic partnerships. Working closely with product, sales, and professional services teams, you'll be instrumental in generating leads and enhancing the company's reputation in the business market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Marketing campaigns - Deliver brand awareness / lead generating marketing campaigns by engaging with teams within the organisation to gain their buy-in to campaign plans and proposals, through to creative concept development, successful execution and post campaign analysis.
- Media management - planning, budgeting, contract negotiation
- Digital - external website content development and management via CMS system. Drive continuous optimisation of the always on product digital strategy. Deliver lead generating outbound digital campaigns
- Collateral - planning, development and production of a range of collateral to support Corporate Account Directors e.g. brochures, factsheets, price lists, sales presentations etc.
- Digital content - deliver engaging content for external website and social media channels as well as jointed up lead generating outbound digital campaigns.
Brand
- Business brand strategy -execution and guardianship.
- Use PR channels to educate external parties on the business brand and company expertise.
Events
- Educational: develop and coordinate a series of educational events for customers, liaising with suppliers and other industry partners to seek out engaging content.
- Corporate hospitality: create and manage hospitality events for the corporate team that lead to more engaged customers and prospects.
- Coordinate attendance at off-island trade shows and conferences to showcase the brand and product range to a global audience.
Partner Channels
- Be the main point of contact for partner distributor channels. Ensuring requests for collateral are accommodated and brand guidelines adhered to by partners. Ensure all market development funds are utilised and managed alongside the budget.
Supplier support
- Be the main point of contact for suppliers in terms developing co marketing plans, co-ordinating and executing campaigns, management and spend of marketing development funds
Admin
- Management of budgets and financial administration
- Campaign reporting
- Inbound leads management
In addition, the person will be required to
- Understand and comply with the licence and other regulatory rules applying to the position.
- Understand and comply with the Data Protection Law and Health and Safety responsibilities
- as it relates to the position and policies
- Undertake appropriate security awareness training covering information security, data protection, financial crime and payment card data and comply with their information security responsibilities.
- Due to the nature of this position, the postholder must hold a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Educated at least to CIM/Degree level
- Minimum five years marcomms experience
- Proven track record in key disciplines including campaign planning, event execution, and digital strategy and planning.
- Experience of managing above the line agencies
- Experience managing third parties/suppliers in an outsourcing environment
Highly Desirble
- Marcomms experience in corporate/ B2B marketing
- CRM management in a B2B sector
- Experience of the telecoms/IT sector
- Event management experience
- Partner management experience
