P/T Administration Assistant

Our client seeks an Administration Assistant to join their team.
 
This is temporary contract for 3 months, for 15 hours a week, across 2 days (preferably Monday & Friday).
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Document scanning and uploading using Microsoft systems.  
  • Preparation and management of various letters.
  • Administrative support using CMHSA systems and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.  
  • General office duties to support the mental health team.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly for document management.
  • Working knowledge of CMHSA systems and processes is essential.
  • Experience in preparing appointment letters and correspondence.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
