P/T Administration Assistant

Our client seeks an Administration Assistant to join their team.
This is temporary contract for 3 months, for 15 hours a week, across 2 days (preferably Monday & Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Document scanning and uploading using Microsoft systems.
- Preparation and management of various letters.
- Administrative support using CMHSA systems and processes
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- General office duties to support the mental health team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems, particularly for document management.
- Working knowledge of CMHSA systems and processes is essential.
- Experience in preparing appointment letters and correspondence.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
