Part Time Compliance Manager

Our client is seeking a Part Time Compliance Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all compliance matters relating to the Isle of Man-regulated CSP and underlying shipping investment structures
- Maintain internal policies, procedures, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Act as Compliance Officer and MLRO (subject to experience and following a transition period)
- Liaise with regulators and ensure alignment with IOM FSA expectations
- Provide cover and support for the Company Secretarial Manager as needed
- Potential to engage in additional operational matters and play a key role in the business over time
Key Skills & Experience
- Experienced compliance professional, ideally with CSP or wider financial services experience
- Capable of working autonomously and managing regulatory obligations
- Willing to be hands-on in a small, dynamic business environment
- Open to developing into broader responsibilities over time
