Our client seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant to join their team and deliver exceptional sales and support services to customers.
This role offers the perfect opportunity to work with telecommunications technology while providing outstanding customer experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic retail team, working flexible hours including during Christmas and the Isle of Man TT periods.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in a retail environment and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and professional sales service for mobile and residential solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
- Arrive at work in plenty of time for a daily staff briefing before the shop opens.
- Demonstrate and sell the full range of products and services.
- Process orders accurately and work towards personal and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support through face-to-face, email and telephone contact.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and system competency through training.
- Assist with training new retail team members when required.
- Work selected shifts during busy trading periods.

- Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Enthusiasm for new technology and digital innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Professional presentation and ability to promote company brand.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong keyboard and computer skills.
- An understanding of modern retail technology systems would be desirable.
- Willing to work additional shifts on selected days during busy periods.
