Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent secretarial abilities and strong workload coordination skills to join their team as a Personal Secretary for a 4-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. This role requires proven experience in audio-typing, with the ability to produce accurate and timely documentation.
Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be responding to enquiries, liaising with clients and colleagues, and maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
