Our client seeks a dedicated Project Administrator to join their team.
This role involves managing and coordinating all administrative requirements and duties across projects to ensure all stakeholders are fully equipped to perform their required roles and to ensure effective governance and availability of information. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to high-profile initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete minutes for project meetings, obtain approval and sign-off from meeting chairs, and distribute to participants.
- Monitor the actioning of minute items to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Conduct financial and budget management duties including updating budgets with actuals and processing invoices and claims.
- Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding for all support staff, contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate project workflow, activities and schedules across all project team members.
- Drive and maintain the project's documentation management system to ensure adequate and secure storage.
- Ensure version control is maintained and formats are adhered to for effective project governance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Project Management.
- 3-4 years' experience in Business Support roles.
- Experience in end-to-end administrative and secretarial duties across programme or project environments.
- Strong documentation management, diary management and budget administration skills.
- Excellent written communication and meeting logistics capabilities.
- Proven ability to coordinate workflows and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
