Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team for an important Records Management Project. This a temporary position for 3-4 months.
 
This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in records management and information governance while making a meaningful impact on service delivery. You'll be working on a dedicated  project, reviewing and categorising physical records while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Review and categorise physical records systematically and accurately.
  • Support retention, disposal, and transfer decisions in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate compliance with public records, data protection, and information governance standards.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist with research and analytical tasks as required.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven administrative experience with strong organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of compliance and data protection standards.
