Quality Assurance Analyst

• Contribute to the periodic and ad-hoc system, process or data related reviews e.g. rule tuning, systems verification, transaction monitoring, bank data testing, quality assurance reviews.
• Define and maintain the AML / CFT Quality Assurance framework in the context of relevant money laundering and terrorist financing trends.
• Conduct QA reviews in accordance with the QA framework.
• Manage and monitor the implementation of improvements and remedial actions emanating from the QA findings, until close out.
• Execute client facing activities, both internal and external, in line with the agreed policies, procedures and service level agreements.
• Escalate all high-risk, complex and/or significant issues to the line manager.

• Diploma in Risk Management.
• 3-4 years in Compliance - Group Anti Financial Crime.  
• Experience in the analysis of money laundering and terrorist financing indicators and trends.  
• Promote Good Governance, Risk & Control.  
• Experience in bank processes, products and systems.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or audit (i.e. able to conduct qualitative assessment of peer / subordinate work).
