Our client seeks a Receptionist to join their team.
 
Role Profile:  You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, and providing administrative support to the office.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Manage the front desk area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from clients and visitors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including arranging meetings, handling correspondence, disbursements and logging of incoming cheques
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries as well as managing outgoing mail and courier services
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed
  • Arranging director's lunches
  • Indexing
  • Collecting the post
  • Hand deliveries & Collections
  • Other duties as may be requested from time to time to assist the office administrator
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at grade C minimum
  • Full, clean driving licence essential
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in accordance with GDPR regulations
