Our client seeks a Receptionist to join their team.
Role Profile: You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, and providing administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Manage the front desk area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from clients and visitors.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including arranging meetings, handling correspondence, disbursements and logging of incoming cheques
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries as well as managing outgoing mail and courier services
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed
- Arranging director's lunches
- Indexing
- Collecting the post
- Hand deliveries & Collections
- Other duties as may be requested from time to time to assist the office administrator
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at grade C minimum
- Full, clean driving licence essential
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in accordance with GDPR regulations
