The Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our client's Future Ready Team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service whilst driving sales of broadband, mobile tariffs, and hardware products. You will engage with customers via multiple channels including inbound and outbound calls, emails, sales cases, and attending events, assessing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance their connectivity and digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • Effectively promote and sell broadband, mobile tariffs, and hardware products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, staying updated on new offerings, promotions, and technology trends.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Address customer concerns and objections confidently, providing solutions that highlight product value.
  • Accurately input sales orders, ensuring all necessary information is collected for smooth processing.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to offer complementary products and services.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations, delivering positive experiences that foster loyalty.
  • Consistently meet individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall Contact Centre success.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences and product offerings to enhance service quality.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with experience managing inquiries and handling objections.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and persuasively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology with keen interest in broadband, mobile services, and consumer tech products.
  • Resilient attitude, handling rejection professionally while maintaining persistence.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is beneficial.
  • Team-oriented approach while taking responsibility for individual performance.
