Our client seeks an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join their team.
 
From meeting clients and attending yacht shows, to developing new business and helping customers find the right solutions, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic and growing business. If you're proactive, personable, and motivated by results, we'd love to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business development, creating and pursuing new leads.
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Presenting products or services clearly and confidently.
  • Preparing proposals, estimates and Agreements and any other necessary key documents.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms in line with company guidelines.
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating with internal teams on product updates, promotions or technical questions.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and tracking pipeline activity.
  • Liaising with Technical team or external partners to support order fulfilment.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Research and continuously strive to understand developing technologies within the sector to allow the business to develop and offer the very latest products/services.
  • Organise Sales attendance at Yacht Shows and other events.
  • Attend client meetings, both locally and internationally.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, and market trends.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures when efficiencies are identified.

  • Previous experience working in a technical environment.
  • Proven ability to sell products and services.
  • Resilience and the ability to stay focused during challenging conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to meeting goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail.
