Our client seeks a Sales Officer to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Manage incoming requests and progress accepted quotes to orders.
  • Answer questions from customers about  service and processes as well as information about the products that are sold.   
  • Provide advice/guidance on what Hardware/Software is on offer and which would best suit customer's needs.
  • Confirm completed recharges to customers.
  • Escalate non-routine or complex requests to Sales Executive.
  • Deploying Software licences to customers.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or other relevant role.
  • Ability to deliver routine tasks unaided.
  • Manage own time effectively and able to identify key facts in a situation.
  • Adapt to changing demands or new situations.
  • Able to learn from own mistakes and share learning with others.
  • Be motivated to provide the best possible support for their team.
