Our client seeks a Sales Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests and progress accepted quotes to orders.
- Answer questions from customers about service and processes as well as information about the products that are sold.
- Provide advice/guidance on what Hardware/Software is on offer and which would best suit customer's needs.
- Confirm completed recharges to customers.
- Escalate non-routine or complex requests to Sales Executive.
- Deploying Software licences to customers.
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or other relevant role.
- Ability to deliver routine tasks unaided.
- Manage own time effectively and able to identify key facts in a situation.
- Adapt to changing demands or new situations.
- Able to learn from own mistakes and share learning with others.
- Be motivated to provide the best possible support for their team.
