Our client seeks an experienced, commercially driven Senior Manager to support the setup and ongoing operations of a new commercial office.  
 
Role Profile:  You will lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through business development, execute strategic commercial plans and act as a controller to ensure delivery of KPI's from the team.  This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, client management, and business development capabilities, along with operational know-how to build commercial structures from the ground up.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish the operational and commercial infrastructure of the commercial office. This includes the creation of key assets - proposal document templates with approved structures, case studies etc and delivery of this in a digital, modern solution with a view to bring efficiency to the onboarding, proposals and conversions process. 
  • Support in the onboarding and coordination of commercial and working group team members, acting as a controller and monitoring of actions to ensure delivery of KPI's including execution of the target visit calendar. 
  • Pipeline monitoring and co-ordination of activities with relevant owners, ensuring CRM and reporting systems are up to date. Ensure regular and proper reporting of these business development activities.  
  • Focus on supporting the conversion of deals in pipeline, with a view to ascertaining timescales for conversion rates at various points in the funnel and working to reduce these. 
  • Implement governance frameworks and compliance processes in line with internal policy and external regulation to ensure that growth is delivered responsibly but is not unnecessarily restrictive.   
  • Monitor and report on performance, relying on data from HubSpot and outcomes from working group meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic commercial plan focused on revenue generation and client expansion. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and service offerings aligned with growth targets. 
  • Lead commercial pitch preparation and pricing strategies 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, compliance and legal teams to develop client value propositions and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Work with F&P to ensure appropriate pricing models are reflected in product and service proposition. 
  • You will be highly organised, analytical, and proactive, with experience in corporate services, compliance, or a regulated client-facing environment.
 
Key Skills and Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law or related field 
  • Must be proficient in HubSpot/Similar CRM
  • Experience in a commercial, business development or client relationship role, preferably within TCSP, Funds or advisory sectors. 
  • Must have a robust understanding of Corporate Structuring and the TCSP sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth private clients and/or corporate accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing models, and revenue generation.
  • Experience in establishing or scaling a new business or office function is highly advantageous.
