Our client seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager / Consultant to join their team.

The role holder will deal with tax compliance and provide 'guidance' relating to UK, IOM, Irish and BVI tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

UK IHT implications guidance to clients and Trustees.
Tax Due diligence and restructuring guidance.
De-enveloping and liquidations and restructuring tax guidance.
ATED returns.
Irish Corporation Tax Returns.
Majority UK Corporation tax returns and liaison with HMRC.
IOM Tax matters liaison with MITD.
Economic substance returns - BVI.
New business, trigger events TECF preparation.
CRS and FATCA reporting.
W8BEN-E and CRS classification forms for opening accounts with financial institutions or to update details guidance.
Loan charge appeals.
Managing and developing at least 1 direct report .
