Our client seeks a Senior Trust Officer to join their Isle of Man team, you will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. As a Senior Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key clients, including complex structures and a variety of asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Portfolio Management: Administering trusts, companies, and private funds with a focus on high-value and complex entities.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensuring robust corporate governance, accurate record-keeping, and timely tax filings.
- Communication & Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries, handling queries efficiently, and collaborating across departments.
- Transaction Oversight: Managing property and investment transactions, including liaising with solicitors, agents, and advisors, and preparing relevant documentation.
- Financial Administration: Reviewing accounts, overseeing credit facilities, monitoring investments, and managing banking and brokering activities.
- Operational Excellence: Prioritising workload, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring all actions align with internal policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3 + years of trust & company experience
- STEP / CGI Qualification or working towards it is a plus.
