System Development Analyst - IT

• Ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support colleagues to learn and use systems effectively.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of AI and designing, building and deploying automation workflows (e.g. Power Automate, RPA) and low-code applications (PowerApps) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Support daily operations of core systems which include Quantios vPoint, Quantios 5 Series, Laserfiche and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise both system and user downtime and protect business continuity.
• Develop, test and maintain upgrades, patches and small changes to business systems.
• Build and consume REST APIs so the systems integrate and talk to each other.

• Degree level in Computer Science or Information Technology, or the equivalent 3 - 4 years of role experience.
• Relevant professional qualifications in system management, cloud platforms or database management are advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated entity is essential.
• Experience of using vPoint and 5 Series would be advantageous.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, curiosity, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Balances innovation with responsibility, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements remain a priority.
