As Tax Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in keeping personal clients safe, compliant, and confidently on top of all their UK Tax obligations. Supporting a portfolio of non-resident personal clients, you'll be on point to support the management of their tax affairs, ensuring everything is accurate, timely and handled with care. Your work helps protect both clients and the organisation, contributing directly to their purpose of providing thoughtful, personal and high-quality service.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full and accurate UK Tax compliance for personal tax clients
  • Collate financial data required for tax computations
  • Assist with preparing and submitting UK personal Tax returns
  • Preparation and submission of Non-Resident Capital Gains Tax returns
  • Maintain compliance calendars to ensure deadlines are never missed
  • Maintain digital and physical tax records organised, accessible and compliant
  • Update internal systems with tax related information and filing statuses
  • Assist in preparing internal compliance reports
  • Communicate professionally with HMRC as required
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality client service and communications
 
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • 1-2 years of general office or administrative experience
  • Experience of understanding or working with basic understanding of HMRC UK personal tax rules
  • Interest in working towards ATT qualification
  • Detail-driven with a sharp eye for accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work to deadlines
  • Excel proficiency including formulas, filtering and basic analysis
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially around tax deadlines
  • Independent operator who takes ownership of workload
  • Confident communicator comfortable with phone and in-person client interaction
  • Customer focused mindset with patience, professionalism and clarity
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and improve
