Warehouse Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting cycle counts, and implementing strategies to optimise stock levels.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, and supervisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, including compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory movements, and warehouse activities.
• Manage warehouse equipment and fleet, including forklifts and other machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation.
• Plan and optimise warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment, and materials handling.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
• Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
